mimolo is husband and wife team, Mike and Morgan Loven.
A few years ago Mike and Morgan decided to take a pottery class together as a way to get out of the house and have some fun. What evolved was a creative partnership that enhanced their lives in ways they didn't expect.
Mike never thought of himself as a creative person, but the clay is changing his mind. He loves clean, simple shapes and smooth geometric lines, but within those parameters he now finds a world of possibilities.
Morgan was excited when Mike handed her his first plate and said, "Its all yours now." For Morgan, nothing beats the moment someone connects with one of her designs. What she'd like most of all is to encourage people to see the desert and its denizens the way she does, with delight, humor and love.
